Training Content

An 18-day journey through carefully designed modules –
each packed with hands-on coaching tools and real-world practice.

Fundamentals Modules

You’ll learn how and why coaching works, how to create a mental space for effective coaching, and how to quickly build a good relationship with your clients. You’ll also conduct your first simple coaching sessions.

Behavior, Strategies, Emotions

In this module, you’ll learn foundational techniques for influencing and changing behavior and thinking strategies, as well as managing emotions. You’ll explore how to support your clients in essential life skills like motivation and building resourceful states.

Values, Goals, Decisions

A fulfilling life is high on many people’s wish lists. In this module, you’ll learn how values, goals, and decisions are connected—and how to work with them effectively in coaching.

Coaching and Language

Effective coaching often seems like magic—but it’s not. Great coaching is simply skilled craftsmanship, much of which relies on the smart use of language. In this module, you’ll learn key linguistic foundations and practice using your words intentionally rather than randomly.

Past and Events

Our perspective on daily life, work, relationships, and everything we experience is strongly shaped by our individual past. This often includes distressing events that continue to affect us. In this module, you’ll learn how to deal with the past effectively—without deceiving yourself.

Final Module

Our personality is made up of many different aspects that don’t always harmonize well with each other. In this module, you’ll learn how to use this fact purposefully and effectively for the benefit of your clients. In addition, the written exam takes place here, and we celebrate the shared graduation as NLP Practitioners.

Pricing & Enrollment

Starting from €3,500 – €4,500 for all 6 modules

You have the freedom to select from a variety of optional modules, enabling you to tailor your experience to your specific preferences. This flexibility not only enhances your overall satisfaction but also allows for a pricing structure that can be adjusted to fit your unique requirements. Whether you need additional features or want to streamline your usage, our customizable options ensure that you get exactly what you need.

Certified in accordance with the guidelines of the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (DVNLP e.V.).

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the early 1970s at the University of California in Santa Cruz. They defined NLP as the study of the structure of subjective experience. Today, NLP is considered one of the most user-friendly and possibly most comprehensive collections of coaching techniques, and it continues to evolve. The term NLP is meant to express that (often unconscious) habits („programs“) in the brain („neuro“) can be changed with the help of language („linguistic“).

Attend an info webinar or sign up directly

We run live, 45-minute info webinars on demand rather than on a fixed calendar. As soon as at least a handful of prospective students confirm interest, we schedule a slot that works across time zones and send you a Zoom link.

During the webinar you’ll meet both lead trainers, see a short demo of an NLP technique, and have unlimited Q&A time. Can’t make it or already convinced? Feel free to enrol straight from the wait-list email—no separate “deposit” step is required. Your place is secured once you return the simple enrollment agreement.

Start of the next training (Early 2026)

Our next cohort is planned for early 2026 (target window: February – March). Final dates depend on venue availability and the size of the confirmed group, but you’ll receive at least four months’ notice before Day 1.

The programme runs over 18 in-person days, grouped into six extended weekends (Friday – Sunday) so you can balance work and travel. Class size is capped at 20 participants to guarantee individual feedback.

As soon as the schedule is locked, you’ll get a detailed orientation pack, recommended reading, and optional peer-meetup dates so you can start practising before the training even begins.

Is the programme officially accredited?

Upon successful completion of all modules you receive a Practitioner-level certificate issued under the guidelines of the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (DVNLP e. V.)—the largest NLP professional body in Europe. The credential is recognised by coaching associations and employers worldwide.

No. We start with core coaching competencies then build upward to advanced NLP and other techniques. Roughly 40 % of our participants are complete beginners; the rest are HR professionals, managers, therapists, or agile coaches looking to deepen their toolkit. Everyone benefits from the intensive supervised practice hours.

We cap each cohort at 20 participants and always have two senior trainers in the room. That gives you a maximum 1 : 10 ratio, ensuring individual feedback during every practice activity.

The entire curriculum—teaching, demos, hand-outs, and assessments—is 100 % English. Both lead trainers speak German as well, so you can clarify complex points in German if needed.

Our Coaching Method

Deep-dive, fully immersive learning—grounded in peer-reviewed coaching research and taught 100 % face-to-face—gives you far more than theoretical insight. For 18 intensive days you’ll practise every tool live, receive real-time feedback from two senior trainers, and iterate until the techniques feel instinctive. By the time you walk out with your DVNLP certificate, you’ll already have run multiple supervised client sessions, refined your personal coaching style, and built the confidence to create lasting change for real clients from day one.

Live Trainer Demos

Every new concept opens with a concise spotlight demonstration by Pascal or Stefan. You’ll watch an authentic coaching exchange—complete with the trainer’s live commentary on why each question, pause, or reframe is chosen. Seeing the technique applied to a real-world issue makes the underlying principles crystal-clear and immediately memorable. We finish each demo with a quick “meta-debrief,” mapping every move back to the DVNLP competency framework, so you can replicate it with confidence.

Theory turns into skill only through repetition, so after each demo you dive straight into coach–client–observer triads. Rotating roles every round gives you three distinct lenses: the coach’s strategy, the client’s felt experience, and the observer’s objective view of language and physiology. A guided feedback sheet helps you capture what worked, what stalled, and which subtle cues shifted the client’s state—turning every 15-minute drill into a compact masterclass.

Several times per day the room converts into a mini coaching clinic: you run full 45-minute sessions while both senior trainers circulate quietly, watch for patterns, and offer in-ear micro-coaching to sharpen your timing, rapport, or questioning sequence on the spot. Written snapshot feedback plus a two-minute verbal recap at the end of each practicum means you finish every session with clear, actionable next steps—no vague “good job, keep going.”

Skills stick when you process them actively. After each practicum we hold a brief but structured debrief: 3-minute self-reflection, 3-minute peer observations, and a facilitated plenary discussion that distills the collective lessons. You’ll capture key insights in a learning journal—prompted by questions on mindset, technique, and ethics—so improvements compound from day to day instead of fading overnight.

The curriculum blends core NLP models (Anchoring, Meta/Milton language patterns, Timeline work) with solution-focused coaching, values exploration, and emotional state management. Every tool is linked to the latest findings in behavioural psychology and neuroscience, ensuring you can back up your methods in corporate, clinical, or personal-development settings alike. By graduation you’ll have a flexible arsenal that adapts to any client profile—from career transition to peak-performance or wellbeing.

We cap each cohort at 20 participants and guarantee two certified trainers in every session—a rare 1 : 10 ratio. That means personalised observation of your micro-skills (voice tone, eye accessing cues, body alignment) and the space to ask detailed questions without slowing the group. The small-group dynamic also fosters a tight professional network; many alumni still exchange peer coaching and referrals years after finishing the course.
